Occupational Therapist
Josie Roche is an Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. She has experience working with a wide range of needs and goals, and holds a Masters of Occupational Therapy from The University of Queensland.
Josie’s therapy approach is built on connection and fun. She works closely with families to set meaningful goals in the areas of self-care, learning, and leisure, and provides practical strategies that can be carried over into home, school, and community settings. Josie celebrates what makes each child unique and strives to create a safe, positive environment where they can feel confident and engaged.
Josie believes in a strengths-based approach, focusing on what children can do and building from their unique abilities and interests.
Availability
Josie is available for appointments at PhysioFIX every second Friday. Home, school, and childcare visits may also be arranged upon request.
