Kate Quinn (B. Phty)
Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Kate graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science majoring in human movement studies in 2005 and then went on to graduate from Physiotherapy in 2011. She began working for Mobile Rehab doing a mixture of home care and nursing home work. Kate has also worked for an Australian airline doing case management for their workers compensation department.
Kate grew up in Sydney before moving to Brisbane and has been involved in sport throughout her life. She has always had an interest in sport and has spent many years involved with gymnastics and playing netball and kayaking as well as coaching kayaking. Kate is interested in women’s health and after having 2 children of her own wants to pursue this area of physiotherapy.
Kate is dedicated to advancing her education having completed her Pilates qualifications and is currently running Physiotherapy Exercise Sessions incorporating some of the Pilates exercises. She also has a keen interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and has recently completed further study in Lymphoedema.
