Initial Pilates Assessment
A 1/2 hour one-on-one assessment with a physiotherapist at our Holland park centre. We’ll assess your strengths and weaknesses, focusing on specific areas you’d like to work on and any goals you may have.
1/2 hour One-on-One Studio Sessions with Physiotherapist x 2 (Initial Pilates Assessment required first)
Put your Initial Pilates Assessment into action with the expert guidance of a Physiotherapist Pilates Instructor to get you started on the right track.
Cost: $75 per session
1 hour Studio Sessions (2 x 1/2 hour One on One sessions required first)
Now you've got the basics under control we put your individually designed program into action. You’ll use special Pilates equipment and there’s never more than 3-4 people in each session.
When you attend seven sessions, you get your eighth one FREE!
Cost: $48 for a group session
$98 for a one-on-one session
What exactly is Pilates?
Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles that support your spine and help keep your body balanced.
The exercises teach you to become aware of your breathing and alignment of your spine to strengthen the deep torso muscles. And then to tone, strengthen and stretch every muscle for a full body workout.
